Refund Policy
100% Refunds until April 26, 2024
Registered participants can request a 100% refund (minus the BikeReg fee) until midnight EDT on April 26, 2024. Refunds can be requested only by emailing athletes@longtailproductions.com before midnight EDT on April 26, 2024.
50% refunds if your race has a waitlist until May 20, 2024
If there is a waitlist for the event you are registered for and you cannot participate, you can remove yourself from the event in your BikeReg dashboard between April 27, 2024, and May 20, 2024. We will then provide you with a 50% refund (minus the BikeReg fee) and allow another athlete to participate.
If your race does not have a waitlist, no refund will be given after April 26, 2024.
Transfer of Entry
Participants may request to transfer their entry to another athlete between April 27, 2024, and before midnight EDT on May 20, 2024. Transfers can be made by participants in their BikeReg account before midnight on May 20, 2024.
Refund Deadline
No race fee refunds or transfers will be given after midnight EDT on May 20, 2024.
